BARCELONA! New video for Freddie Mercury tribute by Angela Welch and Gregory Markel
Angela Hench and Gregory Markel have recorded this song with an abundance of talent and clear musical ability, which is heard in the song but also shown in the music video. Gregory Markel is the first we see after hands playing the piano softly, setting the mood perfectly for how Markel delivers his opening line. The opening to the video introduces us to both performers in the opening ten seconds, giving you a clear sight of each of the vocalists’ prowess.
Wonderfully talented singers, Angela Hench and Gregory Markel have collaborated for a tribute to Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Cabelle’s iconic performance ‘Barcelona’. This tribute sees Markel fill in the role of the legendary Queen frontman, and Hench singing in soprano in place of Cabelle.During the build-up of the music, the video does a good job of mixing with the flow of the song. It’s almost a visual narration of what we hear, allowing you to see everything you would imagine from hearing this tribute.
