Alt-rockers, JD Days , have returned with ‘Say Yes To Love’, this heartfelt rock anthem is an offering from what’s to come from their upcoming album Originals Only due to be released later this summer.
JD Days have already begun to gain huge attention in 2020, a year that saw the group release a host of rock-inspired singles and accumulate the beginnings of a fan base, even racking up 123,000 streams on spotify.
In terms of its sound, ‘Say Yes To Love’, has the classic rock sound that JD Days does so well, building on the blurred grittiness present, showcasing heavy influence from grunge and alt-rock music. However the band arm themselves with witty and intelligent lyrics to help them stand apart from the crowd.
Clear and consistent drumming paves the way for the tracks distorted guitar lines to take centre stage, while the brash vocal tones from the lead singer consolidates the track’s edgy sound.
