The Fabulous Red Diesel Show off their raw talent in new album ‘The Queensbury House Sessions’
The Fabulous Red Diesel are an interesting collective of musicians to say the least, unconventionally creative and upbeat. Their unique sound combines progressive jazz and charming soul that’ll relax you to your very core.
The collective consists of Ms Kitty on vocals, flute and piano and her husband Duke Boom on drums, accompanied by Miss Bea-Have on the double-bass, tuba and trumpet and Rabbi Jaffa Delicious on synth, guitar and trumpet. This unusual combination of talent comes together to create raw and wonderful music that’ll have the listener hypnotised.
Their new album ‘The Queensbury House Sessions’ does just that. The band’s stripped back talent is shown in all its glory with each of the sixteen new tracks being recorded in no more than a singular take, revealing their true, wondrous live sound. The album was recorded in an old un-used office block which is called – you’d never have guessed – The Queensbury House.

Inspired by 60s soul and classic jazz, they’ve created an album that they hope will win over the hearts of music lovers everywhere. Fusing in beats of hip-hop style, Latin and funk, they’ve created a sound so distinctive, it’ll capture your attention in an instant.
Their music is a representation of both the band’s personality and passion, in an upbeat and enjoyable style.
The Fabulous Red Diesel gained theirselves a loyal fan base in their hometown of Hastings from their incredible live performances which has seen them support the likes of The James Taylor Quartet, Skunk Anansie, and Jeff Buckley.
Their album’s hit single ‘Butterfly Mind’ is an expressive track around the consistency of true love: your mind might ‘flutter’ but you’ll always be grounded by the one you truly love.
