February Release – ‘New Man’ By Warme

As a follow up to the thrilling working class leather jacket anthem ‘Council House Opera’, this song is setting the perfect mood for cold and dark winter nights. Having been inspired by Britain’s finest such as The Beatles or The Jam, this band has something else to offer apart auto-tuned pop facades. With this song the band, who has worked with rock royalties such as Ian McLagan of the Small Faces/Faces in the past, demonstrates that there’s more to the mayhem that often accompanies British lad culture and guitar groups.

Apart from the occasional rock’n’roll excess the lads are as down to earth as it gets. They like football and having a good time with their friends. Those day to day experiences have a big influence on their music. Warme’s songs are mainly inspired by the very idea of what it means to be British. This could well be a band heralding a 21st century Britpop revival.

The single ‘New Man’ will be out on 12th February 2016.
